    Why the need for clomid with forma-stanzol?

    I feel that its good to have it on hand just in case and if towards the last week of your cycle you feel really suppressed or shutdown then you should take the clomid, if not then you should be good with your current PCT. That's just my opinion though.

    Can't remember where I read this but its been working for me. At the end of your calf workout, hop on one leg until you can't go on anymore then switch legs. You should really feel a burn going in them. Do about 2-3 sets. Good luck bro!

    Try having a banana 20-30 mins before workout for the potassium (or you can supplement) and/or a half a teaspoon of normal salt (if you don't have any blood pressure issues or watching your sodium intake). Also make sure you're well hydrated before the workout and not downing loads of water...

    Looking to do a cycle for first time need some advice

    Eat lots of steaks! Changing your diet and training AFTER starting your cycle is just wrong, how would you know what is actually changing your body if you start everything at once (diet, training or steroids?) I would say to get the diet and training locked in and figure out what works best...
