    You might not be taking enough time to recover. I tore my bicep in Nov, had surgery Dec 2nd and I just got the ok from the doc to do light arm work. I would imagine with the pec being a bigger muscle, that it would need a lot longer to have that tendon adhere to the bone.

    Hey guys, I've been doing the 5x5 and when it comes to the rows, I've stalled out. I'm at 230lbs but I am always having trouble with the last 2 or 3. The other lifts I'm doing fine progressing upward. Is there any assistance lifts I could do to get my rows up? Thanks. Jeff
