    what kind of supps are you using? this can also play a big factor in how much fat you lose. im talking about ALA, CLA, green tea, theses supps help out tremendously to reduce BF with out using cardio. IMO if you need cardio use the least amount needed to see an affect. that maybe only 30minutes...

    Dial tone was right on the money. also it depends on who shows up. not every show every year is the same the competiton will change everytime. also if you plan on doing one i would suggest that you enter the novice division its not that intimidating as say an open class. good luck

    i have read all about AM cardio and how its the best time of day to do i. but i have also read about doing cardio in the evening after your last meal. Any one done this? also if you did how long did you wait after your last meal? any help would be appreciated
