    Thanks you guys for all the good info. Second part to the question: Would it be better to do only cardio and massive abs in the morning then in the afternoon hit the weights.

    Cardio question for the Masters

    I am working out @ 5:30am, first doing cardio for about 50 mins, then do abs for about 10 mins. then I hit the weights. I am 5'8", weighing 195 with about 17% b/f (I know that's alot). I need to know what would be the best possible routine to loose 15 maybe 20 lbs. in about a month and a half...
