    I have met Gary Frank multiple times and he is definitely an incredible guy. You wanna know how strong he is go and shake his hand. It feels like holding a piece of steel.

    Yeah thats absolutely normal. Naturally you can only recover from so much. So adding those 2 exercises could have affected your recovery. Now all 3 are trying to grow but its a very rare person that can get all 3 big lifts to improve at the same time. I have been power-lifting for 12 years...

    I would have to say time will take care of this. Maybe want to adjust how you hold the bar but i cant say that for sure without seeing how you bench.

    How strict is a powerlifter with his food?

    What i usually concern myself with is getting good nutrition. I try to eat plenty of fruit vegetables and have various different protein sources in my diet. I do a good job when healthy of getting about 500 grams of protein a day.

    I wouldn't focus on speed with your accessory work. Just the main lifts.
