Usually you get an itchy feeling in the nipple area long before the symptoms appear, start then. Stop once the feeling has been gone for at least 5 days.

Where you taking anything else when you had the attack. I have also had CSR and belive it to be caused by the clomid as I was not using clen at the time.
There ARE benefits to estrogen, its the excessive amounts that cause you problems. Take once symptoms are noticed and quit once they subside (20mg/ed).
Run a search there is a lot of good info here, much more then I could explain in a few sentences.
I like the change to the clomid, that would have been my suggestion.
On another note, aas is not cheap...you have enough here for two cycles considering you age and the fact its your first cycle, but you've done your research and heard this speeach many times in this thread so......

split twice a day at 40 and under, three times a day above 40mcg.
What does your diet consist of? Regardless of the diet, calories in versus calories out still applies and longterm training as you described would yield fat loss and could effect muscle deterioration as well. Post a breakdown and I'll see if I can help.
My wife has an incredible diet for competition. She can almost get away with little to no cardio. However, muscle fasting was much more evident when she was not using var during cutting. It works well to preserve muscle mass. Simply getting lean may not satisfy you if you lose all your size...
