Deciever Thanks for the welcome. I'm 22 years old 5'5" 145lbs. Right now I can benchpress 185, squat 250 and deadlift 280.

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I started lifting 9 weeks ago and I am really interested in power lifting. This board is cool and everyone seems nice. I can’t wait to get stronger and learn every thing I can about power lifting! :D
