    Thanks for the reply. I have had cheat days with 600-800 carbs before and besides being full, I did not bloat that much, of course this was on a low carb diet, not a no carb diet. It seems once I go on a no carb diet, like CKD or AD, it turns me into a carb sensitive machine.
