Just to give my info, 21 5ft8 200lbs Been lifting serious for around one year, used two different NO products and wasn't to impressed with the results. Train 3 days a week, training out of Dorian Yates Temple Gym. Bench : 264lbs (120kg) Deadlift : 418lbs (190kg)
