Not that I think that getting into ketosis quicker speeds up fat loss but I often wondered if consuming a high amount of medium chain triglycerides wouldn't do the trick.
1. I'm not fat. (my picture's on my web site)
2. I'm not a moderator on the NAAFA board.
3. I didn't ban you or delete your posts.
4. I don't agree with the NAAFA moderators banning people who discuss such issues in an intelligent, non-troll manner.
5. I have discussed dieting on the NAAFA...
So there is less leptin but you're more sensitive to what remains. Almost sounds like an even trade off.
I'm assuming that whatever study was done used EC only without a hypocaloric diet so they could be sure the leptin reduction wasn't due to fat loss.
Are the fat burning effects of EC due...
Something I have been wondering about. It has been argued that ECA used continuously (without cycling) enhances fat burning even more because the constantly stimulated alpha-2s downregulate but the beta-3s don't.
If this is true then would stopping ECA after being on it for a very long time...
Actually, the fat cells are always futile cycling (both storing and releasing fat) to some degree. In the fed state, insulin inhibits lipolysis (fat release) so the body is burning mostly dietary carbohydrates, storing dietary fat in fat cells and excess glucose as glycogen in liver and muscles...
I have to disagree with you on this one. There are some positions that NAAFA takes that I disagree with but they don't take a position on "feederism". There was some threads on the "fat board" that covered it with mixed opinions from the participants. Yes Dimensions Magazine links to NAAFA's...
This reminds me of some old posts on alt.support.diet where people would say that the Atkins diet should be banned.
Just exactly how do you "regulate" or "ban" a diet, require people to get a doctor's prescription to eat less?
