    im eating pretty well, low cal, low carb, most of my carbs are fruits and veggies 45 minute cardio in the morning and lift at night no medical issues at all. 200 pounds 16 percent body fat now

    cardio is the way to go, try to seperate your lifting and cardio, cardio in the morning a run or something, then lift whenever you usually do... clen will def help, it's all about lowering body fat and cardio is the only way to do it
