cardio is the way to go, try to seperate your lifting and cardio, cardio in the morning a run or something, then lift whenever you usually do... clen will def help, it's all about lowering body fat and cardio is the only way to do it

theres something i wanna understand about this, what about the supporting workouts for your shoulders and chest, would it be a good idea to include them along with this? same goes for back, and chest... shrugs,lateral raises, etc
