    Hi All After some advice. Been training for 20 years on and off (now 36). I'm 5' 7" and 88g (approx 13 st 10 llbs) and approx 15% bf at present. I'm looking to cut again to single digit bf (have been around 9% before) but am finding it harder to get the bf down this time. My diet is good...
