Man, 150g's is nothing. 2 scoops of Isopure is gonna be 50.
You have 14 hours a day...so get in seven meals a day in two hour intervals. It's not that hard, just takes a few changes in lifestyle and habits.
Did you say you were having problems eating 150g's of protein a day? I have had 150g's by 1:00 every day.

Dextrose would be a better alternative. I use 30-50g's of Dextrose with a little Kool-Aid thrown in to flavor. Drink that on the way home from the gym. As soon as I walk in the door, 1/2 c. Oatmeal and 40-60g's Whey Isolate.
I normally drink my breakfast. Throw 8-10 Egg Whites in a blender with about a cup of oatmeal, a scoop of vanilla protein, and a couple dash's of cinnamon.
I am one of those people who started out skinny. I used to eat a ton of carbs all the time but as my physique has developed I prefer to limit carb intake and put on quality muscle mass year round.
I always eat clean and carb cycle. 300g's is about as high as I go and I rarely drop below 75...
I am a simple man...I just add a little lemon pepper, garlic salt, or hot sauce. That fried rice sounds good, just have this thing about not liking leftovers. Yes I cook all my meals EVERYDAY.
