Wright Worry!!!
Good afternoon all. A friend and myself started 3weeks ago on the Body for life program. And we are going big!! I am 1,84 and weigh in at 150kg. I was on 143kg!!! We are doing weigh trainning and cardio as instrucrted and yet I am gaining weigh!!! Please can any ons assist???? Is this...- RobRage
