    Pain during weighted dips

    Thanks for the advice, my next chest/tri day is 2 days from now and I'm going to try the dips once more, this easing my way into 70. I usually just hop into it from one warmup set of 35's. Going to try with a warmup of BW, 25, 40, 55 then to 70 for the main. Will keep ya informed. -Rise

    Chest And the pain is not during, it's after I did shoulder/bicep today and there was a light pain, or uncomfortable feeling...very slight though I'm hoping it doesn't have to do with rotator... -Rise
