hi all i just about to finishe my cycle of deca and d-bol
its been great but i need to keep my gains and size but put my body back to some sort of normal order what do u all advice?
friends and sites only tell u so much but so far ive found here being the best source of info you are all great...
the dbol is 10mg each and 14lbs in a stone ( so i am 176lbs) and yes i train and eat right just in my job i burn more than i would like. i eat so much i put fat blokes to shame around 6-7 meals a day as well as 4-5 protein drinks. i train with a bloke that looks like a man mountain but he wants...
hi guy ive been reading though and u all have good advice so i need ur help... at the mo im on blue dbol seems to be workin but i desire more mass more mucsle and harder mucsle any tips?
im 26 male 12 1/2 stone and 6 foot.
training for about 12month and at pres having good lifts just want that...
on dbol i only suffer from shin pumps and they hurttttttt like hell but when i get paid for tabbing (high speed walking) with stupid amount of weight on my back u cannt complain but f@@k me my shins hurt...
any tips or other steroids i could try to over come this or is it a case of grin and bare...
