    The Finished Product - Completed Madcow2 Program.

    Humm... This is one wild prog. I'm just getting back into the workin out again after some time off. (man it's brutal) Maybe i'll give this a world... 50min - 1.5hr isn't bad at all!!! Most who train should be able to pulll that off... i'm hitting 1hr - 1.5 hrs 4 times in a 5 day cycle :p

    Ceasar, to what extent did your gains in strength and mass come in comparison to fat gains? Also, following Madcow2's workout, roughly how long did you spend in the gym per workout? (only 3 times a week if i'm correct)

    well, as true as that is... i don't have alot of BF (likely more than 10% however)...but lets say i was down to near 10% -what would you suggest then to have solid, defined abs; as opposed to a skinny (flat) stomach, or one of those 'keg' abs - you know, where the guy is so massive, that instead...

    Johnny - how's needsizes routine working for ya... i read the journal - Kudos!! But hard to tell with the abs... i'm no where nea as big as you, and I can do both 10's and 25's for the Needsize thing... (though im sure you're abs are stronger)... how's it working for ya... or what have you...
