    LOL.. I posted the question last night as the board went down.... I made a PR of 325 in the full squat last night, but as I was pushing through the sticking point my knees moved in. What causes this, and what can I do to prevent this buckling? Thanks.

    Ok Debaser, we get the point... you think DC is the only way to go. Good for you - I hope you do well on it. You're not going to convince everyone, so please stop trying. You WILL get bigger and stronger if you use progressively heavier weights and eat enough food. All systems work.. some better...

    I've recently started doing full squats.. I go down as far as I can instead of just to parallel. They seem to be better for quad development - I really feel a difference there. The only problem is about two hours after I do them, one of my hips starts hurting, and continues to hurt for 2 days or...
