Meat stays in your stomach atleast 45 mins after eatting. Liquids go directly to the small intestine to be absorbed. Shakes are far more efficient. You do miss some phytochemicals that whole foods have though. Just a thought.;)

Too much chest, and legs, not enough other body parts. Size surge and other routines are great for over all mass with out being on gear. Rex:)

Were the people in the studies mesomorphs or ectomorphs? If you believe that certain body types are prone to putting on more fat, then calories and body composition make alot of sense. Rex.
