i like it but there are some issues with the creatine malate suggested thats in it. Seems their is a lawsuit pending (class action) but either way it works for me and I like it so i guess thats all that matters

thats as current as I have on the comp. took one the other day with the digi and I am still very similar in shape and size. I'll try to put it up but its not much different. I took some time off after having a son born and now have gotten back up to speed since.
