Do I count them or not?
No I have 4 grams in my whey after workout so if i had 8 ounces of gatorade after cardio which is 14 grams of carbs is that ok and do I count that?
I lift then I've been drinking 30g Protein whey and 30 carbs, and I don't count these. So do I need to do the same after cardio? I do cardio about 5 minutes after I finish lifting.
I'm 210 lbs qand my Maintenance calories is 2098, seem low!!!
Is that right ? Im' 5'11" and 210 and am 27 years old and to maintain my weight I'm to have 2098 calories? I want o cut and lose fat so I need to subtract 500 from that, 1598 calories?? DAMN!!!

I'm 5'11" 210 and have 24%BF looking to lose fat. I currently have been doing a 50P/25C/25F ratio is this a good one? Hell I've seen like a million different ones! Any ideas?
