    Upper right abdomen, just under your ribcage is exactly where your liver is. I get sharp pains in mine and I have yellowed eyes and elevated liver enzymes. Get a liver function test.

    lowering cholesterol??

    I take sesamin, psyllium husk and eat oatmeal. I had a blood test a week ago and my cholesterol was well below the normal range. I have a feeling the sesamin was a big factor. A healthy balanced diet would work wonders too.

    squat flexibility - how to improve it?

    Get her to stretch her hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes and the butterfly stretch 4 times a day 30 seconds each. Also get her in a rock bottom squat with her bodyweight and to push out her knees with her elbows and sit there in the proper position for a while then do some bodyweight repititions...
