    quitting cold turkey...my mother who is an RN told me that nicotine changes the way the body stores fat cell and that i should expect to put on some body fat in the next few months(right now i'm 5'7 170lbs and 6%bf). Ive been working out religously for 3 yrs and I'm damn happy w/my results...
