    PWO premix: Krush Loaded by All Max

    Does anyone have any experience using Krush Loaded by All Max? I have been using it for the past few weeks, but not sure if you can actually 'tell' if a PWO shake works for you or not. It doesn't appear to have any protein in it. Shouldn't a PWO shake contain protein?
