    For the past 2 months or so I've been doing 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 30% fats. My strength, and size seems to be improving while staying very lean. Does anyone else do a low carb diet on a clean bulk?

    Just think to yourself...There are people who eat that stuff EVERYDAY. Also relax, your fine. We've all ate crap food or had to for some reason, and we are all still ripped, big, cut, whatever you like. Just to give you an idea...I went on a cruise and basically had buffets for every meal...
