most people will lose 1-2lbs of fat per week on a good diet...but a bit more the first couple because of water weight etc... like gymtime said though, if you're really overweight it'll come off much faster

cook the rice in chicken broth instead of water and just put some black pepper on the chicken...mix them up and you've got a pretty tasty meal and no extra cals

the sugar is high on the GI scale and will cause a big insulin spike...kinda negating the benefits of eating oatmeal. Just stick with the plain rolled oats and add some protein powder for flavor if you dont like plain oats.
