Yeah bouncing is not so good. I like to do my pause at the bottom, and then explode off the chest...on my speed days anyways. Exploding on my max effort day still makes for a pretty slow lift.

Actually lifting fast, and acceleration are very important principles in some types of training, and place a different kind of stress on the body.

I tend to lift heavy, and do sets of 3 reps a lot, and take lots of rest in between sets, so I guess it might look like that to other people, however I am one of the stronger people in my gym, and I don't really give a shit what others think about me or my style of workout. I'm certainly not...

That doesn't actually necessarily mean it hasn't made it through customs yet. Like I said, it still said that "USPS was electronically notified to expect the package for mailing ..." even after I had received my package. That message means almost nothing as far as I can tell. Don't lose hope bro!

That's all my tracking info ever said too...even after i received the product. Hopefully you should get it tomorrow, but regardless, I'm sure needto will do right by you if it got lost/snagged by customs etc.

Finally! I was starting to thing my letro was bunk. I do think its a bit underdosed though. Anyone tried taking deca to combat the sore joints issue? I'm guessing it might be counter-productive to what I'm trying to do with the letro (get rid of my moobs). I was thinking deca @150mg/wk just...

When I lived in Toronto, it took about 5 days, since I moved to Sask. it takes about 10. So I guess it depends where you live. Either way, it gets shipped usually within an hour of ordering (woohoo Needto!) and the products (the ones I've tried anyways) are top notch.

Maybe consider a red yeast rice extract also...anavar tends to be rough on the lipids.
