    Bench Press? Impossible?

    Not in my case, my form is very slow and controlled, even slower the heavier I go. Tendon and ligament health is crucial, unfortunately I never realized that until I got in my 30's.

    I would have been much better off if I had focused on tendon health versus all out power. I can also hit 315 x 12 and 365 x 5 or 6 but anything heavier and my elbows take a shit. Very frustrating!

    I can hit 225 for 26-28 reps and my max is around 400. Some people are more slow twitch and some are fast twitch. Some have good tendons and some (like me) have bad tendons.

    My arms are 19in with no pump at the house. I hardly do much direct bicep work at all. But have always made it a point to get a tricep workout in. After my Chest routine or after my Shoulder routine I do 3 sets of heavy seated dip machine at 20 reps each. Then I do 3 sets of heavy skull crushers...

    I was in the same boat sorta and switched at week 5 from 500mg sust to 500mg enanthate. Not worried about it though, test is test so I will run this out for another 12 weeks or so.

    1200mg Enanthate per week 900mg Deca 50mg ED Anadrol (1-5) 50mg ED Winny (10-15) Acne was very bad, gains were great. built up scar tissue from too many pins. Not much better gains than a good regular dosed cycle. But I did stay on for nearly a year. (Not at those levels) This was 8 years...

    I stay focused when I am in the gym and normally dont talk to many people. I workout alone and sometimes may get a spot on my heavy bench set. I try not to be a dick, but I'm not there to socialize. I there to get it fucking done!
