sup guys, maybe you can help me. I am having the hardest time gaining any kind of mass. I work out hard and I am getting stronger but I cannot seem to be getting any more mass. I eat a lot however i think that my body is digesting everything in its site, lol. I don't know what's going on...

you dont even need to work out with weights all the time..bodyweight works fine, trust me.... im 17, weigh 160 and bench 250....all because of pushups :)

yo, wassup? A lot of wat ive been readin on these forums deals with a lot of weightlifting and barely any body weight workouts with pushups, pullups, dips, chins, lunges, stuff like that.
I was wondering if some of u guys do do these types of workouts.
In my opinion one of the best upper body exercises is the Pull-up. I have had increased definition, strength, and size to my whole upper body. Has any1 else done these? or any1 elses opinion on them...
