    Would this split be overtraining?

    Well I think it would really depend on how many sets, reps and excersises you're doing. Also the choice of excersise. will you be doing 3 sets of lef extensions(legs) followed by 3 sets of lateral raises (shoulders) OR 5 sets of squats, 5 sets leg press, 5 Hack squats, extensions and leg curls...
