I have to say the whole key to sparring is to RELAX. if you are in there Sparring then you must know your stuff. (I mean serious not just messing around) So just relax and do what you know how to do. And use it as a total learning session. Remeber it's not a fight, it's you going to school.
I just cut my carbs off after 3pm for about a month, and it help out alot. In conjuction with a strong diet, and a good work out program, and last but not least genetics. my man
I LOL. It's hard to chill but got to. I just do alot of tech the week before. Go over a game plan (as much as can be) you never know how long they go. My last one went 11sec (jab, right cross, shin Kick to the head as he went down). What state and weight class do you fight?
