i have a hernated disk in my L5.. and i havent been to the gym since nov.. i wanna go back . any ideas or any excerises that i can do to strengthing that part of myback?:insane:

ey everyone .. i wanted to get back to the gym because i have been under alot of stress and the gym is the only place i feel stress free when i am there.. also i havent been to the gym since noVember ( when the accident occured ) .. i have a HERNIATED LUMBAR DISK in my L5.. and i didnt know how...

One major drawback to Deca is that it can be detected in a drug screen for as long as a year after use read that on a couple of webpages.. does it show up in all drug testing like say you are applying for a new job and they make you take a drug test, will it come up on that drug test .. or does...
