Fat doesn't spine insulin level.If you didn't consume too much fat dily you can be frfee to eat it...that fat will circulate through your bloodstrem and in the morning you gonna feel great energy .......
1 gram per lb is too much protein.High protein diets are not healthy.1 gram per kilogram is prett much enpough.You should up protein only while cutting keepeng your carbs at 50 5...dont go less then 50
Damn so not eat carbs before cardio....when cutting dont eat carbs 3 hours before you train ...eat protein....i am always on 60 % of carbs i am not against carbs.....if you eat protein before cardio i am telling you you will se results in 3 weeks
