    Thanks immortalis and narshh narshh....to answer your ?'s want to get down to 8-9% bf 6-8 weeks? willing to do whatever it takes bedtime is usually around 10:30 or 11, so should I cut out that protein drink before bed?

    ego_boner .......yes some bloat of course but not too bad, been trying to drink alot of water goal200 ......yes eating is the hardest part, my appetite has been pretty good throughout but sometimes I dont feel like eating and just force myself to anyways gstacker.......not sure on bf% cause...

    several yrs ago, I tried chewing up the pellets and letting them dissolve under my tongue....it did work, I got very strong but the aggression was crazy!!

    hey guys, almost 10 weeks into this cycle and very pleased with the gains so far. Im planning on running it til the end of march which will make a total of 13 weeks...Ive been using fitday.com to keep up with my bulking diet and have averaged 5500cals/day, 300-400grams protein, 4-5 meals a day...

    You'll be very pleased with gains off just Sustanon 500mg/wk, assuming you train hard and eat enough
