    Maximum Amount Of Protein Per Meal ??

    Hey guys. How much protein can you have in one serving before its deemed counter productive, I heard it was around 60g ? And with that what is the time frame before you can eat another meal of protein so that that meal doesnt become counter productive aswell. Thanks
