i had this problem a while back,and what helped me the most is doing rear delts w/ back
after back do about 4 sets of bent over latarels

if you realy want to up your bench press try some negatives ,pauses,and lock outs ,if you have any questions just ask one of the big benchers at your gym,they prob. incorparate these lifts in there programs
