As an addendum to the last post. A "B" complex is a good idea. But not just any B complex. B6 does not equal B6. Certain forms can be absorbed, other forms dont get absorbed well. Waste of money to get poor forms.
Go for Co-enzymated vitamins whenever possible

Animal Pak is a piece of crap. Only people that dont understand vitamins and minerals take it. There are much better options out there.
The B vitamins in Pak are awful forms. The majority arent even co-enzymated...you only get 22 days worth for the money you spend if you want full dosage...
