too much test? i top out at 600 a week? maybe you read it wrong or i wrote it wrong...the first 5 weeks is sust and prop at a combined 600 a week. the clen dosage i think i was gonna do the 2week 1 week off.left that out. and the hcg dosage was from the hcg dosage chart from one of the stickies...

thanks bud, ill actually do that.i didnt even think about tuna because last diet i went on was loaded with it.i hate the shit now.but i do agree that i should have more solid food.ill add some egg whites to the morning shake too. thanks for the advice!!
