But having said that a good exercise to replace deads and squats with that will actually get you to stand up straight is front squats, get good at them and your posture will be fixed.
Definitely don't squat or deadlift for at least a week and a half, your body won't heal if you keep breaking it down. Also depending how much oil you have to pin delts could be a good option
