i eat right around 200g protein per day. Some days more, some days a little less. I'm currently 195 lbs. iv always kept it close to 1g per pound of bodyweight. I feel that too much more than that does put extra strain on the kidneys and isn't utilized by the body anyways.

Thanks for the replies guys. I've made several few orders from RX Health Drugs previously and got every order, and some within 2 weeks of order date. It was just unusual that the order got split, especially since iv gotten larger orders all in one pack. Hopefully it comes quickly!!
