I recently started a cycle of Eq I am taking it every 4 days the first one was in left shoulder the second in the right I need to take the third today can I go back to that shoulder i started on or is it bad to do that it has been 8 days since i did that shoulder. Thanks

they are individual glass vials 200mg but says overfilled to 230mg the ones that you have to break off the top to open them.
