    What do straight leg deadlifts work?

    Forgive my ignorance, but I want to make sure I'm feeling them where I'm supposed to. Hamstrings, lower back, and traps. I don't understand how they are working the traps though. Is it from when you straighten up with the wegight. I don't feel it as I'm doing it, but I do feel it the next day.
