    For me deca kicks in about 3 weeks. 6' 188lbs, 15%bf Been Training for 6 years and juicing for 8 months (2 Cycles - One bulker and one cutter - 7 weeks each).

    Looks pretty good to me. I only really touch deca/anavar because stronger compounds make my hair fall out. The worst thing I ever did was to take D-Bol, great results but goodbye hair! If I had a suggestion, I would say go for 400mg deca/week, but then it depends on the amps/vials you've got...

    Day 6 - 200mg at 12:00pm, and 200mg at 9:30pm. Still very hot today. I'm sweating like crazy, and i'm just sitting down all day! Any excercise seems like a chore, can't bring myself to go to the gym. Now I'm really craving food, although I'm not really eating any more than I usually would.

    Yeah it's not too bad. I'm sitting in work and it's quite hot outside, but i'm managing. I'm sweating but not so you could really tell from looking at me. I'm not planning on going over 400mg/day. I can function normally - work, eating excercise etc.

    Not sure if i'll be going up to 600mg/day. I'll have to see what the heat is like on 400mg first. Dial tone, satch, or anyone with experience, how long does it take to start seeing results? I know that it'll cause some water retention.
