no deadlift but i do do bent over rows ... so u think that close grip bench will do it ? and i hear alot about low reps build muscle and
high reps definition...but if u go to 12 reps to failure arnt u still gwetting stronger by increasing the weight

im 5ft 8 180 7 percent body fat i want better abs and really dont want to loose wieght but want to gain muscle and look better is this possible and if so how many calories would u suggest eating
some people say u gain harder and leaner muscle when doing 10-12 reps and that it doesnt mater if u break down the muscle at 6 reps or 10 reps that u break it down the same way either way any insight guys?
