U forgot to mention White Tea which is more powerful than Green or Black tea. U need to brush up on your tea facts.

The reason why is because the oral form of certain aminos does not break the blood/brain barrier. Only in injectable form can that occur. GABA for instance does not work efficiently taken in the oral form.
