    Thanks for all the input! My usually upper-leg routine looks like… Squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls and Romanian deadlifts at times. Any suggestions? Should I be doing anything more or less? I do like the idea of doing the leg extensions with low weight as a warm-up before squats.

    Actually, I always try to maintain proper form while performing any type of exercise. So, that isn’t an issue with me. What got me thinking was that the amount of weight that I use now is below what I am used to but from what I have been reading here, I see that the exercise can be performed...

    Actually, the position of the pads is right on, there is no sliding. When the pain started that is what I thought...that the machine is not adjusted properly...but everything seems ok. I think I will have to replace that exercise for a while. But from what I read, even with a smaller weight...

    I always go for some hard house. Lately my 2 favoruires are : What the F**K (don't know the artisit) and Locked Tight by The Organ Donors. Both of those are mostly underground house...took me forever to download.

    Yeah...that machine doesn't agree with me either...Although I see results (or at least saw), now I can't even get a good workout while using it because of the pain. I guess I will have to modify my leg routine. Thanks, Paradiso

Although the pain has improved, the weight that I lift is nothing compared to what I did before…I tried increasing it but then I get back to square...
