Question: Are there any OTC/Prescription products that may reduce the effectiveness of ECA stacks such as Xen. My suspicion is that Beta Blockers do, but I am no pharmacologist. What else do you THINK might reduce it's efficacy?

Thanks
Thanks for the info!
I got my body fat tested yesterday. I also heard that being a woman could skew the Tanita even more! The calipers gave me a reading of 18.6% and the Tanita 14.2%! I felt that the Tanita way underestimated. The trainer who gave me the test said *just average the...
Xen seems to dehyrdate me. I am having a body fat test tomorrow and was wondering if this dehydration would give faulty results? (Using the electrode and caliper method)

Thank you very much for your input! I guess I just really needed some confirmation that ECA plus CARDIO was not really a good idea. I am especially concerned because I am primarily an endurance athlete.
This morning I did my run without the Xen and it felt much better! Like a run is suppposed...
Well here's the deal.
I take two Xenadrine in the morning and one in the afternoon. This (so far) seems to be an ideal dose. Is this dosage as effective as two tabs two times a day? (Will I get the same results?)

The theory is that to burn fat (via cardio) - you need to work at a lower intensity (lower heart rate). Xenadrine and other ECAs increase your heart rate to a level (when combined with aerobic exercize) that burns more carbs than fats. I am confused...can someone help clarify?
Thanks!

Do benzos (valium, xanax..) reduce the efficacy of ECAs (Xenadrine etc). Benzos act on GABA receptors on nerves (nervous system) while Xenadrine indirectly acts on alpha/beta receptors in muslces and fat (endocrine system). Any ideas?

I have been using Xenadrine for one week now. I am a 115 lb female and was wondering if the dose of 2 tabs 2 times a day was overkill for someone of my stature? Will 1 tab 2 times a day produce results?
