well i got up(5am) and tested my keto state to see if i made it and .............yep nice dark purple
but @ 6am i had 5 egg whites and sugar-free jello (1cup) i checked it again and bam just a trace
now just after lunch time i'm back in the deep purple
ate chicken for...

WHOA yea i started on the "DIET" 3 weeks ago and on the 4th day i thought i would be in the "keto" but my stix said none
so i looked over what i was eating
bacon
egg whites
steak (plain)
chicken
pork rinds
tuna -lite mayo zero carb
salmon
diet coke
diet dr pepper...
saw a info on tv for pentabosol what the heck is this junk and has anyone tried it yet??
had hip work done from flying lead an gained so fat--lol well about 20lbs --just getting back to running but can't get past 3 miles yet --to damn sore --but a MARINE gotta run esp me
