    Great choices; though Opeth is chill music for me. I listen to the C.O.C. Blind album alot when I lift. Other mainstays are: Machine Head's The More Things Change and Burn My Eyes albums. SNOT's Get Some album. Skinlab's Disembody:The New Flesh album.

    Mid afternoon is my best time. I am trying to switch to night time because I work out in a 20X30 shed in my driveway, and here in Tx. it is so freaking hot and really taxes me; so with the weather getting worse I am going to go to nights, though I seem to lag at nightime.:worried: And mornings...

    Incline BB & DB has worked best for me. Dips also put alot on me years ago; but my left shoulder won't let me do them anymore unfortunately.
