    Need some LEG growth!!!

    Too much volume. Alternate between hacks and leg press. One workout, do leg press. On the next, do hacks. Ditch the leg extensions. And work the parts in ORDER! Why are Deadlifts mixed in with quads and then leg curls are done later?

    Hockey 5 days a week. Weights 4 days. Legs!! the day after two days of games?? Overtraining....Overtraining....Overtraining.

    Please evaluate my training routine.

    I don't understand how a rear delt exercise is "compound". Do lying leg curls for a big muscle(hams) instead. If you are already lean, 4-6 days of cardio is way too much. You're burning whatever muscle you develop lifting weights.
